Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in a high-volume inbound environment

• Create and manage domestic and international travel bookings

• Provide personalized travel solutions based on customer needs

• Communicate travel products, services, and value propositions clearly

Requirements

• Advanced to fluent English (spoken and written)

• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or premium customer service

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Availability for rotating shifts, nights, and weekends
