Schedule: 24/7 Operations – Rotating Shifts

About the Role

We are looking for service-driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a high-performing contact center supporting premium Card Members in the United States. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service, building customer loyalty, and thriving in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service through a high volume of inbound calls in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Consult with Card Members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Reinforce the value of card membership by explaining benefits, rewards, and relevant product offerings
  • Address general and account-specific inquiries such as payments, statements, card replacements, and rewards redemption
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to resolve inquiries on the first point of contact
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, compliance, sales, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Advanced to fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency required
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a continuous flow of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Technical aptitude to multitask across multiple systems with speed and accuracy
  • High level of integrity and compliance when handling sensitive customer information
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite per week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or consultative sales environments
  • Passion for building customer loyalty through personalized and solution-oriented service
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities and situations
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability from call start to resolution
