About the Role
We are looking for service-driven and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a high-performing contact center supporting premium Card Members in the United States. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service, building customer loyalty, and thriving in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service through a high volume of inbound calls in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Consult with Card Members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Reinforce the value of card membership by explaining benefits, rewards, and relevant product offerings
- Address general and account-specific inquiries such as payments, statements, card replacements, and rewards redemption
- Utilize multiple systems and tools to resolve inquiries on the first point of contact
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, compliance, sales, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Advanced to fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency required
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a continuous flow of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Technical aptitude to multitask across multiple systems with speed and accuracy
- High level of integrity and compliance when handling sensitive customer information
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, call center, or consultative sales environments
- Passion for building customer loyalty through personalized and solution-oriented service
- Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities and situations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability from call start to resolution
